During the beta
Sentinel is free during the beta. We do not collect payment information and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Before any paid plan begins
If we introduce paid plans, we will:
- Publish the prices and the refund terms for those plans on this page before any charge.
- Show the price and these refund terms on the screen where you choose a plan, before you pay.
- Never charge you unless you affirmatively choose a paid plan and authorize the charge.
- Notify current beta customers by email or in the app before free access ends.
